10 WWE Stars Who Always Guaranteed You A Great Match 4

4. Daniel Bryan

There will probably be some folks in the Internet Wrestling Community who think Bryan is too low on this list, but let’s be real, having this ranking is certainly nothing to be ashamed of.
Even before he signed with WWE, it could have been argued that Bryan Danielson was the best in-ring technician anywhere in wrestling. Some might scoff at that idea, but he trained all over the world, under a variety of different trainers. That allowed for him to RETAIN knowledge and use more styles than the average wrestler, independent scene or otherwise. It only got better once he was with WWE, picking up the company’s brand of training and would slowly begin to perfect that, as well.
Undersized, he’s naturally scrappy, and with his MMA-style striking, he doesn’t show any fear when in the ring with an opponent that is much larger than he is (Mark Henry, Big Show, etc). That provides for a different set of matches than we’re used to seeing from wrestlers his size when they’re facing off against “monster” opponents. It’s yet another thing that helps Bryan stand out.
