At one point, it seemed like everyone had a senton bomb in his or her arsenal. When even Mr. Kennedy, aka Mr. Anderson, had a variation (the ‘Kenton bomb’), you know a move’s become overplayed.
For those not in the know, a senton is essentially any splash where the wrestler lands with the back instead of the front. This being the case, there have been a whole hurtload of variations on this simple theme over the years, but the senton bomb is a classic for a reason, consisting of a flip forward onto a prone or standing opponent for the ‘back splash’ effect.
